What chain length should I get? +

16"–18" sits at or just above the collarbone — tight and close to the neck. 20"–22" falls mid-chest and is the most popular placement for most builds. 24" hangs lower and works well for layering or wearing with a large pendant. When in doubt, go 20" — it's the most versatile length and works on almost everyone.

Will the gold fade or turn my skin green? +

No. All chains use an 18k gold finish over a solid base and are built for daily wear. Regular sweat, body heat, and normal activity won't affect the finish. Avoid prolonged exposure to chlorinated water (pools, hot tubs) and harsh chemicals like bleach or cleaning products.

Can I wear my chain in the shower or to the gym? +

Sweat is fine — all chains are sweat-proof. Quick exposure to shower water is generally okay. What to avoid is soaking the chain in hot chlorinated water for extended periods. Most people wear these to the gym with no issues.

Wipe it down with a soft cloth after wearing — especially after sweating. Every few weeks, soak briefly in warm water with a small amount of mild dish soap, gently scrub the links with a soft toothbrush, rinse, and dry thoroughly before storing.

What is the lifetime warranty and what does it cover? +

The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and accidental damage under normal wear conditions. If your chain breaks, a clasp fails, or you experience a defect in craftsmanship, reach out and we'll repair or replace it. It does not cover lost chains, theft, or damage caused by misuse or third parties.
